Cyclamen purpurascens  'silver leaf' 

This cyclamen differs from the others as it does not go dormant in the summer. The flowers appear from June to September and new leaves also appear over the summer. If grown in a pot it will therefore need watering over the summer as well. The plant we have has silvery leaves and the pink flowers are beautifully scented. In nature it is a woodland plant, growing under deciduous or coniferous trees. 

Please note that as they are from open-pollinated seed there may be some variation in flower and leaf colour.
