JACK IN THE GREEN - Reds

Primula Jack-in-the-green red strain

A Barnhaven strain of red jack-in-the-green primula. From light reds to bordeaux, acaulis and polyanthus forms. These forms have leafy sepals - some become enlarged, forming a green collar to the flower. These unusual plants keep their ruff of green after the flower has faded, staying very attractive for a long time in the garden or in a vase.
